Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused snowboard or apparel in its original box, ensuring all factory tags and protective films remain intact.

Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
