How do I choose the right snowboard size?
Selecting the right board depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Check our detailed Size Guide on each product page, which provides specific weight ranges for our camber and rocker profiles to ensure optimal performance.
What is the ‘Slasher Guarantee’ on board quality?
Every Slash snowboard is built with premium materials and comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand by the durability of our wood cores and sintered bases under normal riding conditions.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship globally. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on customs processing in your country.
Can I return a board if I've already mounted bindings?
To be eligible for a return, the snowboard must be in its original, unmounted condition with the factory shrink wrap intact. Once bindings are mounted, the board is considered used and cannot be returned for a refund.
Do Slash snowboards come pre-waxed?
Yes, all our boards receive a factory wax and edge tune before leaving the warehouse. They are ready to ride straight out of the box, though we recommend a hot wax after your first 3-4 days on the mountain for peak speed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm or Klarna, allowing you to split the cost of your new setup over time.
